The apartment was lovely and clean, in a great quiet location but not too far away from the centre of town. Matteo was so helpful and gave us everything we needed before we arrived.

The apartment is lovely and spatious and had evertyhing we (a family of 4) needed for a nice, relaxing week. Great kitchen equipment and even a washing machine. Very quiet area, but restaurants, shops and public transportation is only a few minutes walk away. The pool is great and there was always available sunbeds, we even had the pool area all to our selves some days. Matteo was a great host, easy to reach and always ready to assist us with any quiestions or give us advice on the best places to see, good restaurants or nice beaches. We felt very well taken care of, although we never met in person. This is great value for money and I will definitely recommend it to my friends and if I come back to Gran Canaria again I know I want to stay here again.

Potessi dare 10 stelle le darei. La casa è ancora meglio che in foto, completa di tutto, pulita spaziosa e in posizione ideale. Matteo (l’host) è stato gentilissimo ancora prima che arrivassimo, con consigli, indicazioni e tanti suggerimenti. È stato davvero di grande aiuto anche quando abbiamo avuto bisogno perché nostro figlio non era stato bene. Quando tornerò, sarà di certo qui,senza dubbio.

Matteo ist ein toller Gastgeber! Die Unterkunft war super für uns als Familie mit Zwei Kindern. Pool auf der gleichen ebene zum Apartment. fast den ganzen Tag Sonne auf der Terrasse. Die Kinder haben Malbücher Stifte Puzzel Bücher und Sandspielzeug im Apartment vorgefunden das war wundervoll und Matteo hat Proaktiv uns den Rausfallschutz für das Kinderbett angebracht! 7min zu Fuss gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum mit Hiper Dino verschiedenen Restaurants und Bars mit grossem Kletterspielplatz (kostenlos) und Trampolin und Hüpfburg (gegen Gebühr) Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an Matteo und Familie!

We had a great stay as a family of four. There is plenty of space and Matteo provided everything needed and more! It is in a quiet area but not far to walk to reach restaurants and shops. The pool area is great and was never too busy while we were there. If I had any questions Matteo replied very quickly. Thank you for a great stay, will definitely recommend to anyone I know going to Gran Canaria.

Nous avons passés une semaine en famille chez Matteo, c’est un hôte vraiment super qui est très à l’écoute de ses locataires et qui sais répondre à toutes nos attentes et question. Tout au long de notre séjour il nous a accompagné par message pour nous guider. Le logement est tout simplement parfait !!! Il est suffisamment grand et nous n’attendions pas à ce que l’appartement soit autant équipé ce fut une très belle surprise. Une place de parking privé est à disposition pour le logement.( Assez impressionnant pour s’y garer la première fois mais on s’y fait 😂) Je recommande fortement ce logement et si ‘ous devons revenir sur gran canaria c’est évident que nous reviendrons chez Matteo. Encore un gran merci pour l’accueil et pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée.

Matteo je skvělý hostitel, který Vám půjčí nádherný, čistý a vším potřebným vybavený apartmán. Neustále je nápomocen pomocí WhattsUp aplikace. Zvlášť nás překvapila a potěšila miska různých kapslí do Nesspresa a labutě z ručníků 🥰

Lovely, immaculate and spacious apartment with everything you need. Matteo was so helpful throughout our stay and answered any questions we had. Walking distance to lots of restaurants/bars (although quite touristy), would recommend getting a car to explore the island. Would definitely go back.

This was a long over due holiday for myself, wife and two boys. We truly enjoyed our stay at Gran Canaria. The apartment was clean and tidy and is home away from home. There is a pool right next to the apartment which the children used on the first day. There is a secure allocated parking bay for the apartment which is great after a long day of sight-seeing. Matteo is a great host and always replied to messages quickly and professionally. This is a great place for families and we will be returning regularly hopefully.

Thank You, Matteo for being out host! The place is clean, well equipped and in beautiful location. About 10 minute walk to shopping center, 20-30minutes to beach. The pool area is super cool for morning swims, before exploring the city. Matteo was super helpful during our stay, he provided us with everything we needed, even came in evening to give us additional bedsheets (because we are always cold haha). Also, he gave us best tips about restaurants, surfing places, as well as helped to manage a little problem with our car 🙂 Only the best!
